Workshop for Yoga and Scoliosis at the Solsana Hotel Saanen

October 11-13th, 2019

A very special teacher called Narelle Carter Quinlan is planning to come all the way from her native Australia to teach an amazing weekend workshop for yoga and scoliosis at the Solsana hotel Saanen here in the Swiss alps.

Reset mind body and soul in beautiful peaceful alpine forest surroundings, with a focus on the Japanese art of Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing) alongside daily meditation and restorative yoga practice without the distractions of daily life.

SUP Yoga

Get on the board. Breath. Yoga. Zelleryoga offers paddle board yoga classes at Le Grand Bellevue Gstaad twice a week in their beautiful indoor pool, and during the summer months bookable courses to nearby Arnensee Mountain Lake. Paddle board yoga assists to strengthen your core and enhance your balance. It demands focus whilst moving through postures. Then when it comes to savasana, being lulled into a deep relaxation by the gentle movement and sounds of water, can be a most serene experience!

Nature Programme

At the end of August I’m very excited to have been invited to be part of Saanenwald.org nature programme, organized with one main goal; to focus on the practice of yoga. It is also a way to explore different yoga practices, and experience different methods of balancing mind, body and soul. The purpose is to delve deeper into our yoga practice without the distractions of life, returning with a renewed balance, ready to take on our worlds.
