My name is Natascha Zeller and I have an original background in drama and dance. I began to take a keen interest in the benefits of Yoga after discovering how a regular practice helped to heal parts of my body that had become overstretched and overworked. I am a proud graduate of the Yoga Academy where I trained under Simon Low and his superb international teaching faculty, as well as Susannah Hoffmans training to teach Yoga to children at Triyoga London. I have taught at various different health clubs in south west London and Surrey UK ,the OmYogashow London 2016 / 2017 and co hosted biannual weekend retreats in the Swiss Alps. In 2017 I was resident Yoga instructor at the award winning beautiful Bodyholiday St.Lucia, teaching a wide range of both group and private classes to guests on open air tree house and ocean decks as well as paddle board yoga on the stunning Caribbean sea.
At BodyHoliday I was greatly inspired by many people I met from around the globe that included Olympic and elite athletes, as well as wonderful fellow yoga teachers and fitness / well being professionals.
I went on from St Lucia to train with Jessica Bellofatto ( one of the founders of Supyoga ) and Nancy Kyd founder of - SupYoga Tulum Mexico - where we focused on technique in beautiful jungle cenotes (tranquil freshwater lakes) alongside ocean launching techniques as well as first aid and rescue .
I am passionate about sharing my love of Yoga and how it can help find life’s balance awakening profound senses of inner calm and silent strength.
I am currently based in the beautiful Bernese Oberland region of the Swiss Alps, which with its spectacular mountain vistas and clean air is a perfect place to unite with nature and practice yoga .
