As soon as you have made your booking I will get in touch to arrange a date and time to meet via Zoom ( if you don’t already have Zoom this can be easily downloaded for free to most laptops/tablets and smart phones)

During your online session we will go through what kind of yoga practice could work best for you.

After your session I will then send a pdf document of your bespoke practice plan made especially for you.
